About us
My name is Elija Brandstätter and I am the third generation to run the Großglocknerjagd Gipper- & Guttalalpe hunting grounds. A love of nature, a passion for hunting, and respect for game were instilled in me from an early age and continue to shape our work in the hunting grounds to this day.
Our hunting grounds are located in one of Austria’s most impressive landscapes – high above Heiligenblut am Großglockner. Here, tradition and sustainability come together: for us, hunting is not just about killing game, but also about responsibly preserving and caring for a unique alpine cultural landscape.
With personal attention, experience, and enthusiasm, I accompany our guests on their hunting experiences. Whether marmot or chamois hunting – each tour is individually tailored and aims to bring you closer not only to hunting, but also to a piece of authentic Alpine culture.
Our philosophy: Hunting with tradition, respect, and passion—for generations.
